About AT Grace
AT Grace has opened its doors in 2018 after Alex Lepikhin completed her three years of full-time study at the Melbourne School for FM Alexander Technique Studies and graduated with Advance Diploma in Alexander Technique.
Alex was suffering from sore lower and upper back, neck, frequent tension headaches, and RSI caused by years of office work.
All that led her to a quest to find a solution that would allow her to live and move without pain. She has tried many methods, but it was the introduction to Alexander Technique that changed her life forever.
Her pains were gone, and she was able to enjoy the life again.
After experiencing the benefits of Alexander Technique, Alex made the decision to devote her future to studying and teaching Alexander Technique to others.

The only requirement is for you to want to improve your quality of life and wellbeing.
Yoga should be individually crafted so each person benefits from this ancient, proven technique of stretching, relaxation, breathing, and mental self-control.
The golden rules of yoga are:
- We are all different.
- Poses need to be adapted to the individual, not the individual to pose.
- Each pose has its purpose and aiming for that purpose is more important than trying to get the pose “right”.
- We all have limitations and it is dangerous to ignore them.
- If it hurts – it is wrong.
- Tensing and stretching are opposite actions. We cannot stretch, while we are tense.

We are running small groups suitable for everyone regardless of age, flexibility, or physical strength.
Each asana (pose) is individually adjusted to person’s needs and abilities.
The main focus is on intention and benefits of each pose.
The purpose is to maintain health of all muscles, joints and internal organs.

We will help you to recognise your patterns of use and consciously restore the optimal coordination and use of the body.

Therapeutic Chair Yoga
LV Chair Yoga for people, who can not attend the traditional mat based yoga classes and would like to continue to be active and to improve theirs quality of life. Fully adopted to be done in the chair or wheelchair without compromise to the benefits of the traditional yoga.
