Performers and dancers are using Alexander Technique to overcome physical complaints and to improve the expression and movement in their performances.

Alexander Technique is also proven to be useful for a variety of physical and mental disorders.

During the session I will guide you through simple movements and use my hands to help you identify and stop destructive patterns of tension. Tensing arises from mental processes as well as physical, so discussions of personal reactions or behavior are likely to arise.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes that will not restrict your movement. No singlets, please. You will need to take off your shoes, so socks might be a good idea.
