Private AT Sessions
The Alexander technique is primarily taught one-on-one in private sessions by a qualified Alexander Technique practitioner.
Standard duration of one-on-one session is 45 minutes, but it can be extended to 60 minutes by arrangement.
Private sessions can be booked as one off, series of 5 sessions and series of 10 sessions. The most benefit comes out of series of 10 sessions.
During the session I will guide you through simple movements and use my hands to help you identify and stop destructive patterns of tension. Tension arises from mental processes as well as physical, so discussions of personal reactions or behavior are likely to arise.
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes that will not restrict your movement. No singlets, please. You will need to take off your shoes, so socks might be a good idea.
Private Yoga Session
Private Yoga Sessions are individually crafted and best suit individuals with special needs or the one, who would prefer to explore the benefits of Yoga in private.
Private session is 60 minutes in duration and can be based on Smart Yoga, Chair Yoga or combination of both.
During the session we are using the Alexander Technique principles to guide the participants into carefully selected and individually adopted poses (asanas).
We are paying close attention to how people move, rather than how far they move. To us, coordination and a holistic approach are more important than flexibility.
Smart Yoga classes
Smart Yoga classes are limited to 4 participants for benefits through personal attention.
To provide you the maximum benefit we individually modify poses to suit your body, rather that requesting you to exert yourself into the pose the way it presented on the glossy poster.

Therapeutic Chair Yoga classas
LV Chair Yoga is perfect for anyone and everyone! Especially those who would like to exercise or do yoga but have difficulty getting down on the floor.
Perhaps you are experiencing age, weight, balance, mobility or flexibility challenges. Or you have experienced injuries or pain. Or are living with disability, stroke, cancer, osteoporosis, scoliosis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis or diabetes.
The benefits you will receive from LV Chair Yoga include gaining better flexibiility, mobility, balance, strength and posture. We focus on movement, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. We employ the principles of Alexander Technique to deliver the best outcomes for every participant.

Terms and Conditions:
*Concession rates (based on full standard rate) available on request to:
– a second or additional session in the same week (if not part of the package), a second or additional family member
– full time students, health care card holders
– members of DSA
** AT 5 sessions should be used within 7 week from the first session. All unused sessions will be forfeited.
*** AT 10 sessions should be used within 13 weeks from the first session. All unused sessions will be forfeited.
**** 10 classes Yoga card is valid for 13 weeks from the first class attended. All unused classes will be forfeited.
