During the session, we will guide you through simple movements to help you identify and undo the destructive patterns of tension.
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes that will not restrict your movement. You will need to take off your shoes, so socks might be a good idea.
The standard duration of the one-on-one session is 45 minutes, but it can be extended to 60 minutes by arrangement.
Private sessions can be booked as a one-off, a series of 5 sessions and a series of 10 sessions.
The most benefit comes out of a series of 10 sessions.

Yoga classes are limited to 4 participants for benefits through personal attention.
In the class we are using the Alexander Technique principles to guide the participants into carefully selected poses (asanas).
We are paying close attention to how people move, rather than how far they move. To us, coordination is more important than flexibility.
The standard class duration is 60 minutes.
Private one-on-one yoga sessions are also available.
